  • How do I place an order?
    Submit your order request by filling out the online form in the Contact section of the site. Alternatively, you can email katiescookiekitchenstl@gmail.com directly to place an order.
  • How far in advance do orders need to be placed?
    Place your order as soon as possible to get on my calendar. Ideally, I need 2 weeks of lead time for all orders, as long as the date your are wanting to pick up is available. If you need your order in less than 2 weeks, please email me. Depending on what you are wanting and my availability, I may still be able to fulfill your request.
  • When is payment due?
    I collect a deposit of 50% of the total at the time of booking. This reserves your spot on my calendar. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 2 weeks before pickup date (exceptions may be made at my discretion for COVID-related cancellations). Final payment is due 3 days prior to the pickup date.
  • What types of payment are accepted?
    Katie's Cookie Kitchen uses Square for invoicing and credit card payment processing. Alternatively, you may pay via Paypal (katiescookiekitchenstl@gmail.com), Venmo (@Katie-Costantinou), check or cash.
  • Are your products nut-free?
    There are no nuts in any of the recipes that I use for my cakes or cookies. However, I cannot guarantee a completely nut-free kitchen.
  • Do you have any gluten-free products?
    At this time, I do not offer any gluten-free products.
  • Do you ship your products?
    No. Due to cottage food laws in the state of Missouri, my products are available for local pickup only.
